This was announced by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk.
She said that the police identified a video on social media that captured how the drivers of several cars drifted on the road with fireworks.
"For their inappropriate races, they have been brought to administrative responsibility," the report says.
In addition, police officers found out that one of the drivers had previously been deprived of his driver's license.
Earlier it became known that in the Tula region on the M-4 highway there was an accident involving more than 20 cars.
