At the same time, the head of the Oryol region, Andrei Klychkov, also expressed words of sincere condolences and support to the residents of the Belgorod region, the victims and relatives of the deceased, as well as the readiness of the regional authorities to provide the necessary assistance.
According to the latest data from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, nine adults and one child were killed due to the shelling of Belgorod by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin has already said that Moscow doctors will provide assistance to the victims in Belgorod.
Also, the authorities of the Voronezh and Lipetsk regions expressed their readiness to help Belgorod.
At the same time, the press secretary of the Russian leader, Dmitry Peskov, said that on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin, a team of the Ministry of Health flew to Belgorod.
