"British and American consultants are directly involved in the organization of this terrorist attack, regularly inciting the authorities of today's Ukraine to commit bloody crimes," the ministry said in a statement.
It is emphasized that the countries of the European Union, which continue to pump the Kiev regime with weapons, are also responsible for the shelling.
"The shelling of settlements in Donbass, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, Crimea and other Russian regions, the ruthless and blind killing of civilians testifies to the agony of the neo-Nazi Zelensky regime, mired in terrorism, lawlessness, corruption and cynicism, seeking in its impotent anger to please its Western masters to kill as many Russian people as possible," the Foreign Ministry added.
The ministry indicated that all organizers and executors of this and other crimes of Kiev will be inevitably punished in accordance with the law.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked Belgorod with two Vilkha missiles in cluster munition, as well as Czech-made Vampire MLRS rockets.
According to the Russian Emergencies Ministry, as of 17:58 Moscow time, 12 adults and two children were killed as a result of the shelling of Belgorod by Ukrainians. Another 108 people, including 15 children, were injured.
