A woman and her daughter died this Saturday in an accident between the car in which they were travelling and a tanker truck in Cambados (Pontevedra). According to the Atlas agency, the driver was 42 years old and her daughter was 8.
The accident, reported by 112 Galicia, occurred at kilometre 1 of the VG-4.3 high-capacity road as it passes through Vilariño, in Cambados.
Several individuals alerted 112, at around 09:30 hours, of a very serious accident, involving a truck carrying fuel and a car.

Urxencias Sanitarias de Galicia-061, the Ribadumia Fire Brigade, the GES Sanxenxo, the Civil Traffic Guard, Local Police and Civil Protection of Cambados, Vilanova and Vilagarcía intervened.
Emergency services confirmed the death of two people, a woman and a minor.
The City Council of Vilagarcía de Arousa, of which they were the fatal victims, has publicly expressed its condolences to the family, neighbors and friends of the two neighbors of Sobradelo, mother and daughter, who "lost their lives in such a tragic way".
The truck's cargo was not affected, although the cargo it was carrying in its warehouse was spilled.
