This was reported in the Telegram of the Russian Cabinet of Ministers.

"The restriction will be in effect until the circumstances that served as the basis for its introduction are eliminated," the Cabinet of Ministers noted.

It is clarified that the exception to the ban, as before, will apply to the transportation of mail, diplomatic mail and humanitarian aid.

The government also pointed out that the list of exceptions was supplemented with "the passage of technical support trucks for the transportation of equipment and sports cars to the venues of sports competitions."

Earlier, the head of the Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce (IRCC), Ferdinando Pelazzo, said that the new anti-Russian sanctions of the EU put at risk part of the trade between Italy and Russia.
