According to the investigation, the accused on Telegram entered into a preliminary conspiracy with a member of the IS to commit a terrorist attack.
He, together with an unidentified person, filmed the government building, and also purchased components for the manufacture of an improvised explosive device.
It is noted that the terrorists were unable to complete their criminal plans due to the intervention of special services.
The accused was remanded in custody until February 18, 2024.
Earlier, the Second Western District Military Court ruled to sentence participants in the preparation of a terrorist attack in the FSB building on Lubyanka in May 2022 to imprisonment for a term of 16 to 22 years.
