The measure entails a blockade against all kinds of waste management at Tesla's workshops in Sweden. Unless a collective agreement is signed between IF Metall and Tesla, the blockade will enter into force on Sunday, December 24, at 00.01.

At the same time, the Court of Appeal has overturned the District Court's temporary decision to allow Tesla to collect license plates directly from the manufacturer. This is what the Göta Court of Appeal writes in a press release.

New decision: Not allowed to pick up license plates

Norrköping District Court has previously decided that Tesla would be temporarily allowed to collect license plates directly from the manufacturer Scandinavian Motorcenter until the matter was settled, but the decision was appealed by the Swedish Transport Agency. Last week, the Court of Appeal chose to temporarily stop the District Court's decision and then gave Tesla the chance to comment.

After Wednesday's final decision from the Court of Appeal, the trial will continue in the District Court. In this decision, the Court of Appeal has not considered issues related to the right to strike or other labour law issues, says Judge of Appeal Ulrik Lönnmyr.
