At the same time, Abdollahian stressed that this does not mean that the signing of the nuclear deal should be postponed.
"However, the more time passes, the less relevant the nuclear deal becomes," he said.
Earlier, Russian Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov said that the "European Troika" and the United States were blocking efforts to restore the JCPOA on the Iranian nuclear program.
