At the same time, Sputnik Azerbaijan notes that of the 32 persons transferred to Armenia, 26 were arrested in December 2020 in the Hadrut region, and the remaining six were detained at the border at different times.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said earlier that Azerbaijan does not want a war with Armenia, there should be guarantees in this regard.
