According to the investigation, on the evening of November 28, in the dormitory of the Pacific National University, three students from Tajikistan first grossly violated public order, and then publicly beat two Russian students.

It is noted that a criminal case was initiated on this fact under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of Russia (hooliganism motivated by national hatred).

"The investigation, with the participation of officers of the FSB of Russia... Procedural actions were carried out in the dormitory, 27 migrants were questioned in the Investigation Department on the circumstances of the incident, three suspects were identified," the statement said.

It is specified that the raid was also carried out with active cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Khabarovsk, as well as the support of the Amur riot police of the Russian Guard.

Earlier it was reported that after a mass brawl in St. Petersburg, 13 migrants were taken to the police.
