"Due to a technical malfunction of the aircraft, the flight to Talakan airport was delayed, the duration of the delay is 38 hours," the report says.
It is noted that 53 passengers are waiting for departure.
The Novosibirsk Transport Prosecutor's Office is conducting supervisory measures on the fact of the incident.
Earlier it became known that the Airbus A321 aircraft is preparing for an emergency landing at Sheremetyevo Airport.
Later, the plane landed safely at Sheremetyevo.
