The grain handover ceremony was attended by officials of the republic: Interior Minister Ahmed Moalim Fiki, Minister of Ports and Maritime Transport Abdullahi Ahmed Ilka-Jir, as well as Russian Ambassador to Djibouti and Somalia Mikhail Golovanov.
The Somali authorities expressed gratitude to Russia for its help.
