"A criminal case has been initiated against the former general director of the State Unitary Enterprise Krymenergo. Currently, he has been put on the wanted list by the investigator for the investigation of particularly important cases," the report says.
According to the investigation, in May 2023, the suspect, being the general director of Krymenergo, ordered to change the information system of the enterprise, which complicated the process of citizens submitting applications for various services through the official website of the institution.
Thus, he tried to reduce the negative indicators in terms of non-fulfillment of obligations for technological connection to the power grids of consumers.
Earlier, President Vladimir Putin instructed to transfer 100% of the shares of Krymenergo to Crimea.
