In the Kupiansk direction, units of the Zapad grouping, in the course of active operations with the support of aviation and artillery, repelled four attacks by assault groups of the 57th Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the village of Synkivka (Kharkiv region). The enemy lost up to 30 servicemen, as well as a D-20 howitzer. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
In the Krasnolimansk direction, the Center group hit concentrations of enemy manpower and equipment in the areas of the settlements of Torskoye and Grigorovka (DPR) with air and artillery strikes. The Armed Forces of Ukraine lost up to 40 servicemen and two pickup trucks.
In the Donetsk direction, units of the "South" grouping, with the support of aviation and artillery, occupied more advantageous lines and positions in the Artyomovsk (DPR) area. In addition, three attacks were successfully repelled and manpower and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were hit in the areas of the settlements of Chasiv Yar, Klishchievka and Georgievka (DPR). In total, the enemy lost up to 135 servicemen in this direction, as well as three pickup trucks.

In the South Donetsk direction, units of the Vostok grouping, in cooperation with aviation and artillery, hit servicemen and equipment of the 58th Motorized Infantry, 72nd Mechanized Brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the 128th Territorial Defense Brigade in the areas of the settlements of Novomikhailovka, Vuhledar and Urozhayne (DPR). As noted in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the enemy lost up to 75 servicemen and two vehicles.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, units of the Russian group of troops repelled an attack by an enemy assault group near the village of Novopokrovka (Zaporizhzhia region). Aviation and artillery hit the military and equipment of the 65th and 118th mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of the settlements of Rabotino and Malaya Tokmachka (Zaporizhzhia region). The Armed Forces of Ukraine lost up to 65 servicemen in the sector, as well as two US-made M113 armored personnel carriers.
In the Kherson direction, as a result of artillery fire and air strikes, the enemy lost up to 40 servicemen killed and wounded, five vehicles, as well as a Gvozdika self-propelled artillery unit.
According to the Defense Ministry, during the day, Russian aviation, drones, missile forces and artillery hit a number of objects of Ukrainian troops.
Among them are a center for the training and use of UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, an aviation fuel storage facility, three radar stations for detecting and tracking air targets - two P-18 and one ST-68. Along with this, the manpower and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 103 districts were hit.
Air defense systems intercepted two HIMARS multiple launch rockets and destroyed six Ukrainian drones during the day.
The Ministry of Defense also spoke about the work of anti-aircraft gunners of the Vostok group, who continue to perform tasks to cover troops from drone strikes and other means of air attack near Vuhledar in the South Donetsk direction.
As emphasized in the Ministry of Defense, mobile air defense groups as part of the calculations of the Igla portable anti-aircraft missile systems are on round-the-clock duty at the front lines.
The deputy platoon commander with the call sign "Mowgli" said that the enemy is currently using many drones. According to him, the arsenal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has the so-called large industrial drones, which carry a large number of explosives.
"We are also working on them. We calculate, we observe. But these are mainly reconnaissance-type drones, these are Furia and Leleka," the military explained.
According to the Ministry of Defense, in addition to UAVs, anti-aircraft gunners also shot down dozens of other targets, including enemy aircraft and helicopters.
