This was announced by the Governor of the Voronezh Region Alexander Gusev.
"We have signed an agreement on the creation of the Donbas Commonwealth. We will unite the efforts of the Rostov and Voronezh regions, the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics," he wrote.
As Gusev noted, the regions are closely connected by transport and engineering infrastructures, and also have similar economic structures.
He added that the regions will make many right decisions after joining forces.
In addition to Gusev, the signing of the agreement was attended by the governor of the Rostov region Vasily Golubev, as well as the heads of the DPR and LPR Denis Pushilin and Leonid Pasechnik.
