"In total, the enemy lost up to 110 servicemen and two infantry fighting vehicles in this direction," Astafyev said.

"In the course of conducting an active defense, motorized rifle formations of the 6th Combined Arms Army, supported by artillery fire, repelled two counterattacks by assault groups of the 57th Motorized Infantry Brigade in the direction of Synkovka and Lyman Pervy," he said.
Along with this, the group's artillery thwarted attempts to rotate soldiers of the 1rd Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the front positions of the 43rd Mechanized Brigade in the direction of Ivanivka and Yagodnoye in the defense zone of the <>st Tank Army.
During the counter-battery fight, the artillery of the Russian Armed Forces destroyed a 122-mm 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled artillery unit and an enemy mortar crew in the area of Kolesnikovka and Kislovka.
According to the Russian military, the total losses of the enemy in the direction amounted to 30 fighters.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation also said that the crews of Mi-28N attack helicopters of the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed strongholds and armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donetsk direction.
