The Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades published a photo of a letter of thanks written to them by a former detainee in the Gaza Strip, in which she praised their humanity in their treatment of her daughter, who considered herself "queen in Gaza."

Hamas released Ms. Daniel and her daughter Emilia as part of the first batch of prisoner exchanges with Israel, on the first day of the temporary truce.

The detainee wrote the letter on November 23, the eve of the exchange, and signed it in her own name and that of her daughter.

The lady began her message to al-Qassam by thanking from the bottom of her heart the so-called generals who accompanied her over the past weeks for the humanity they showed towards her daughter.

She stressed that all those she met and even the leaders acted towards her daughter gently and tenderly, and they were like parents to her, and stressed in her message to the Qassam elements that she will remain thankful to them forever because her daughter will not come out traumatized, despite the difficult situation and losses that hit Gaza, and concluded her message by wishing them and their families health and wellness.

Earlier, Israeli media reported that the testimonies of detainees recently released by Hamas in Gaza confirmed that the movement treated them well, and that they were not subjected to any kind of violence or humiliation, which supports the testimony of the elderly Israeli prisoner Livshitz, who was released at the end of last October.

The statements of the Israeli detainees caused an uproar in various Israeli circles, which strongly criticized the government of Benjamin Netanyahu and its handling of the file of prisoners and missing persons, and its failed management of this file, as it described.

Hamas has so far released 50 Israeli civilians in exchange for 150 Palestinian prisoners from Israeli prisons, as part of the truce agreement between the two parties, which also includes the entry of humanitarian aid and fuel into the Gaza Strip, and was extended for two additional days.
