Two Su-27 and MiG-29: the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported the destruction of three aircraft of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the day

The press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has published a new summary on the progress of the special military operation. As of November 26, aviation, drones, missile forces and artillery of groups of troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation hit enemy manpower and military equipment in 128 districts, as well as aviation fuel storage facilities in the Poltava region and an arsenal of aviation ammunition in the Cherkasy region.

During the day, air defense systems shot down two Su-27s of the Air Force of Ukraine in the areas of the settlements of Novoraisk and Velyka Oleksandrivka (Kherson region), as well as a MiG-29 in the area of the village of Pyatikhatky (Dnipropetrovsk region).

In addition, 17 HIMARS multiple launch rockets were intercepted and 53 Ukrainian drones were destroyed during the day.

Situation on the Line of Contact

In the Kupiansk direction of the NMD, units of the Zapad group of troops, supported by aviation, artillery and heavy flamethrower systems, repelled four attacks by assault groups of the 57th Motorized Infantry and 43rd Mechanized Brigades of the enemy in the areas of the settlements of Synkivka and Ivanivka (Kharkiv region).

Along with this, the manpower and equipment of the 14th Mechanized Brigade, the 101st, 103rd and 105th Territorial Defense Brigades in the areas of the settlements of Ivanivka, Kislivka and Kotlyarivka (Kharkiv region) were hit. The Armed Forces of Ukraine lost up to 20 servicemen and two pickup trucks.

During the counter-battery fight, the US-made M777 artillery system and the Gvozdika self-propelled guns were hit.

In the Krasnolimansk direction, thanks to the coordinated actions of units of the Center group of troops, strikes by army aviation and artillery fire, an attack by assault groups of the 12th Special Forces Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of the Serebryansky forestry was repelled.

The manpower and equipment of the 67th Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the 125th Territorial Defense Brigade in the areas of the settlements of Serebryanka, Grigorovka and Yampolovka (DPR) were also hit. In total, the enemy lost up to 60 people and two vehicles here.

In the Donetsk direction, units of the South Group of Forces, in cooperation with aviation and artillery, repelled three attacks by assault groups of the 24th Mechanized and 79th Air Assault Brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of the settlements of Leninskoye, Shumy and Marinka (DPR).

Along with this, the manpower and equipment of the 5th, 80th assault, 28th, 30th, 42nd and 93rd mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of the settlements of Artyomovskoye, Klishcheevka, Bogdanovka, Kurdyumovka and Andreevka (DPR) were hit. In total, the Armed Forces of Ukraine lost up to 200 servicemen, a tank and six vehicles in this sector.

During the counter-battery fight, Polish-made Krab self-propelled guns, two Akatsiya howitzers, an Msta-B gun, D-20 and D-30 howitzers, a Gvozdika self-propelled gun, and a US-made M119 gun were hit.

In the South Donetsk direction, units of the Vostok group of troops, in cooperation with aviation and artillery, repelled the attack of the assault group of the 72nd Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of the village of Shevchenko (DPR) and improved the situation along the front line.

In addition, the manpower and equipment of the 127th Territorial Defense Brigade in the area of the village of Priyutne (Zaporizhzhia region) were hit. The enemy lost up to 80 servicemen and two vehicles.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, units of the Russian group of troops, supported by aviation and artillery, hit the manpower of the 33rd Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the village of Rabotino. The losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine amounted to 35 people, a tank and two vehicles.

In the Kherson direction, aviation and artillery hit the manpower and equipment of the 35th Marine Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the village of Tyahinka (Kherson region). The enemy lost up to 55 servicemen and four vehicles here.

During the counter-battery fight, the Msta-B howitzer, the radar station and the US-made M109 Paladin self-propelled guns were hit.
