The number of martyrs in the West Bank has risen to about 238 since the start of the battle of the Al-Aqsa flood (Anatolia)

The Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) said that what is happening in the West Bank is a war aimed at exterminating the Palestinian people and implementing a plan to displace them and expand settlements.

The movement added that it will face Israel's war everywhere, and that the people will not surrender and will fight this terrorism with all they have.

The movement also called on the masses to support the resistance in Gaza and Jenin and stressed the importance of everyone engaging in this battle.

Today, Israel released 39 Palestinian child prisoners as part of the terms of the truce agreement, which entered its third day in the Gaza Strip, and the release was accompanied by attacks by the occupation army targeting gatherings to receive the released prisoners.

Al-Jazeera correspondent said that the occupation forces fired bullets and tear gas canisters in Beitunia near Ramallah to prevent Palestinians from filming a bus carrying liberated children.

The occupation army dispersed hundreds of Palestinians who gathered outside Ofer military prison, west of Ramallah, who were waiting for the release of prisoners, and the Palestinian Red Crescent said that its teams dealt with two injuries in the area.

Earlier on Sunday, 8 Palestinians were killed by Israeli bullets in the West Bank, 6 of them in the city of Jenin and its camp, while a Palestinian youth was killed at the settlement of Psagut, east of Al-Bireh, and another in the village of Yatma, south of Nablus.

The number of martyrs in the West Bank has risen to about 238 since the start of the Al-Aqsa Flood battle, launched by Hamas and the Palestinian resistance factions on October 7, in addition to nearly 3,<> wounded.

The Palestinian Prisoners' Club also reported that the number of detainees in the West Bank has risen since that date to 3160,<>.
