He recalled that Russian agricultural exports face "serious barriers" imposed by the EU and the United States.
"This is one of the serious lessons that we are learning from the contacts that we have had and continue to have with UN representatives regarding the implementation of the Russia-UN memorandum," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
