At half past two o'clock on Friday afternoon, the police and ambulance were called to Åstorp where a man had been beaten with a weapon. When the police arrived at the scene, they found an injured man who had to be taken by ambulance to hospital.
According to Region Skåne, a 35-year-old man is seriously injured. No one has yet been arrested and the incident is classified as attempted murder.
Attempted murder in Landskrona
Half an hour later, the police were called to Landskrona where a man in his 30s had been assaulted with a weapon.
He has also been taken to hospital by ambulance. The extent of the damage is unclear.
Two people have been arrested and are now suspected of attempted murder.
"The crime is said to have taken place outdoors and the suspected crime scene has been cordoned off," says Evelina Olsson, spokesperson for the police.
