This was reported by TASS with reference to the draft government decree.
"The new requirements have been developed taking into account the specifics of industry-specific technical and business processes and provide for a consistent transition to instance-by-instance traceability of products depending on the form factors of products starting from April 1, 2024," the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia explained.
Earlier, the deputy head of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ekaterina Priezzheva, said that the labeling of cosmetics and household chemicals in Russia can begin from December 1 of this year.
