The duo behind the company Loke Shiny, Robert Bronett and Ulf Henriksson, describe the situation for the hotel construction as follows in the email:
"The financing for the hotel project in Junsele is now completely finalized and will be presented at the end of December /..... / the financing for the hotel is fully secured and that all funds will be available in January 2024.
During this period of economic turmoil in Sweden and the rest of the world, we have raised SEK 250 million for investments in Junsele /...../
Our intention is to present the financing solution to the residents of Junsele at the end of December, and until then, we ask for a little more patience.
We look forward to inviting you all to the groundbreaking ceremony for not only a new hotel but also the next chapter in Junsele's development. "
