The Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) broadcast a video showing the targeting and destruction of a number of vehicles and gatherings of Israeli occupation soldiers with explosive shells in the axis north and south of Gaza City.

The video showed mortar shells fired at what may be a gathering of Israeli soldiers, and anti-tank shells were fired at tanks and military vehicles from close range, including targeting Israeli forces holed up in a civilian building with Al-Yassin 105 shells, and targeting a military vehicle with a guided "Concourse" missile.

The video revealed clashes with various weapons taking place between the streets of Gaza and its destroyed buildings, on the 33rd day of the war waged by Israel on the besieged enclave.

A previous statement by the Qassam Brigades had referred to the sniping of an Israeli soldier and the destruction of 18 vehicles - including tanks and a troop carrier - with "Al-Yassin 105" shells in the Gaza Strip, since Wednesday morning.

Later, al-Qassam Brigades military spokesman Abu Obeida confirmed that "our mujahideen have completely or partially destroyed 136 Israeli military vehicles" since the start of the Israeli ground operation.

Abu Obeida pointed out that the battalions continue to "fight and confront aggression in all land axes in the north, northwest and south of Gaza," stressing that the sniper corps continues to target soldiers, and the artillery corps continues to destroy fortifications.
