The <>th Science Festival of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Wuhan kicked off on the <>th, and a number of scientific and technological achievements were unveiled, showing the public the changes brought by science and technology to life.

The two-day event in Wuhan gathered more than 20 high-quality science popularization forces inside and outside the Chinese Academy of Sciences, set up six sections: "Hi Theater", "Innovation Exhibition", "Zero Distance", "Innovation Workshop", "Beauty of Science" and "Science and China", and arranged more than 40 exhibits, programs and scientific and technological practice activities.
Among them, in the "Hi Theater" section, more than 20 scientific and artistic performances such as stage plays, speeches, experiments, and magic were staged in turn, showing the integration and innovation of science, culture and art. In the "Innovation Exhibition" section, the exhibits of major powers in the deep space and deep sea fields led the appearance, and the major scientific and technological innovation progress and achievements attracted the public to stop and watch. In the "Workshop" section, children experience the mystery and fun of science through scientific practices such as sewage purification experiments, smelling plants, and plant rubbing.

The Science Festival of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is a large-scale science carnival for the public created by the Chinese Academy of Sciences since 2018, aiming to comprehensively display the major scientific and technological innovation progress and achievements of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, depict the beautiful vision of science and technology for the benefit of human life, and stimulate the interest of the public, especially young people, in science.

For the first time, this year's science festival will focus on three parks and two halls under the Chinese Academy of Sciences to create a main event and a special event, the main event will be set up in Beijing, and the special activities will be set up in Wuhan and Guangzhou.
