On October 10, the signing ceremony of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Cooperation Framework Agreement on the Evaluation of Skilled Talents and the unveiling ceremony of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Cooperation Skilled Talent Evaluation Workstation was held in Nansha, Guangzhou.

The event was jointly organised by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangdong Province, the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the relevant departments of the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region. With the official landing of the "one test and multiple certificates" skilled talent evaluation cooperation in Nansha, Guangzhou, it marks a comprehensive upgrade of the cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.

At the event, officials from the Labour and Welfare Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Vocational Training Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Labour Affairs Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government and the Macao Institute for Tourism Studies attended the event and presented the Mainland Vocational Skill Level Certificate, the Macao Vocational Skills Certificate and the Macao Vocational Skills Recognition Benchmark Skill Certificate to Guangdong and Macao candidates who passed the "One Try, Multiple Certificates" pilot examination for room attendants and restaurant waiters.

The relevant person in charge of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security said that in the future, Guangdong will closely focus on the requirements of high-quality development, continue to deepen the evaluation and cooperation of skilled talents in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, promote the construction of a high-level talent highland in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and provide more high-quality and convenient services and better human resource support for talent training in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao will further discuss, jointly build and share the evaluation resources and achievements of skilled personnel training on the basis of mutual trust, friendship, mutual assistance and mutual benefit. Explore the expansion of cooperation in the fields of tourism and catering, engineering science and technology, and nursing services, as well as "one test and three certificates" and "one test and two certificates".
