This is stated on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

It is noted that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs harshly pointed out the "unseemly role of the Czech Republic in the Ukrainian conflict," as well as active support for Ukraine in order to defeat Russia, pumping the Armed Forces of Ukraine with weapons, which contributes to the continuation of hostilities and destabilization of the region.

"Against this background, the attempts of Prague, which turns a blind eye to the crimes of the Kiev regime, to act as a champion of human rights and humanitarian values, as well as the desire to lecture others, look untenable," the diplomatic department wrote.

On October 12, it was reported that Russian Ambassador to Prague Alexander Zmeevsky was summoned to the Czech Foreign Ministry.
