According to the Nansha District Government, in terms of employment incentives, Hong Kong and Macao youths employed or practicing in Nansha District should be full-time college graduates (post-secondary education, including associate degree) or above, and meet one of the following conditions: employed Hong Kong and Macao youths should establish a legal labor relationship with the employer in Nansha District for a period of more than 1 year, and actually work for the employer for more than 6 consecutive months, and the social insurance relationship was still in Nansha District when applying for the award; Or practicing Hong Kong and Macao young people should hold a professional qualification certificate and actually engage in professional technical and management work consistent with or similar to their practice qualification certificate in the employer in Nansha District for more than 6 months. In addition, the employer should actually engage in business activities in Nansha District.

The award standard is a one-time employment incentive according to college (post-secondary education, including associate degree) 1,5 yuan/person, undergraduate 3,6 yuan/person, master's degree 12,<> yuan/person, and doctoral degree <>,<> yuan/person.

In addition to the above-mentioned employment incentives, Hong Kong and Macao youths who meet the above conditions can also apply for a salary subsidy at the same time every month, and the standard of the reward is 20% of the monthly taxable salary of Hong Kong and Macao youth, and the monthly subsidy amount shall not exceed 5000,6 yuan. Practicing Hong Kong and Macao young people working in Nansha District on a project-based basis will be given a subsidy of 20% of their average monthly taxable legal income from relevant professional services in Nansha District in the past six months, with a maximum monthly subsidy amount of RMB 5000,<>.

In terms of recruitment incentives, the Nansha District Government stated that employers recruiting and hiring Hong Kong and Macao young people should actually engage in business activities in Nansha District, and the recruited Hong Kong and Macao young people should be graduates of colleges and universities with a college (post-secondary education, including associate degree) or above, and meet other relevant requirements. In addition, when an employer applies for the subsidy award for the first time, the number of young people recruited and hired by Hong Kong and Macao should be at least two, and the number of young people in Hong Kong and Macao who apply again after the first successful application is not limited.

The standard for the award is to give an incentive of 2,3 yuan to the employer who hires 1 Hong Kong and Macao youths, and an additional 1,20 yuan per person for each additional Hong Kong and Macao youth, with a cumulative maximum of <>,<> yuan. (End)
