A number of Egyptian artists have announced their support for President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi's candidacy in the upcoming presidential elections scheduled for next December.
The latest to join the supporters was Egyptian actor Karim Abdel Aziz, who said in a 10-second video, "I support and nominate President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi for the next presidential term, for the concrete projects and achievements he has started on the ground for the Egyptian citizen."
Karim Abdel Aziz's co-star Ahmed Ezz in the series "The Choice 3" and the film "Kira and the Jinn" expressed his happiness with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's candidacy for a new presidential term.
Actor Ahmed al-Sakka preceded them by declaring his support for the president, saying, "I strongly support the candidacy of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi in the presidential elections scheduled for the coming period, given the strenuous efforts made by Sisi to stand tall before the world in the past years, as well as the achievements he has made on the ground since he took office."
For his part, artist Hussein Fahmy affirmed his support for President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi's candidacy, noting that he succeeded in building Egypt in just 10 years, and praised Sisi's support for people with special needs.
The head of the Syndicate of Acting Professions, Dr. Ashraf Zaki, and the former head of the Syndicate of Musicians, singer Hani Shaker, also announced their support for Sisi in the upcoming elections, and singer Ali Al-Hajjar said, "Of course I will elect President Sisi in the next elections."

Over the past two days, artists have participated in celebrations to support President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi's candidacy for the upcoming presidential elections, including singer Ehab Tawfik, Mohamed Fouad and a number of popular singers, led by Reda al-Bahrawy, Ahmed Sheiba and Mahmoud al-Laithy.

On the other hand, the artist Tayseer Fahmy published on Tuesday more than one post in support of the potential candidate in the Egyptian presidential elections, Ahmed Tantawi, and wrote, "Extend the steps (footsteps)... My power of attorney is for Ahmed Tantawi."
She added, "No one bothered me, and I worked the power of attorney in 5 minutes, rest assured," and attached the publications with a copy of the power of attorney for Tantawi real estate registry (the official body for documenting contracts and agencies in Egypt).
