One of the arsenals of the Ground Forces of Ukraine was hit in the Kirovograd region, the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported.
"In the area of the settlement of Bogdanovka, Kirovograd region, the 62nd arsenal of ammunition of the ground forces of Ukraine was hit," the defense ministry said in a summary.
In addition, near the settlement of Ogurtsovo (Kharkiv region), an ammunition depot of the 1st Special Forces Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was destroyed, and near Fedorovka (DPR), a command and observation post of a unit of the 54th Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was hit.
In the area of the settlement of Toretskoye (DPR), fighter aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces shot down a Su-25 attack aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force.
During the day, air defense systems intercepted four rockets of the HIMARS and Alder multiple launch rocket systems, destroyed 26 unmanned aerial vehicles.
The situation on the front line
In the Donetsk direction, units of the Southern Group of Forces, in cooperation with aviation and artillery, repelled two attacks by assault groups of the 53rd and 110th mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of Pervomaiskoye and southwest of Vesyoloye (DPR).
The enemy's losses amounted to 190 servicemen killed and wounded, as well as 11 vehicles. During the counter-battery fight, a Grad MLRS combat vehicle, a US-made M777 artillery system, two D-20 guns and an Msta-B howitzer were hit.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, units of the Russian group of troops, air strikes and artillery fire defeated units of the 65th mechanized and 82nd airborne assault brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the settlement of Rabotino and northwest of the settlement of Verbove (Zaporizhzhia region).
More than 45 militants were destroyed, as well as a US-made Bradley infantry fighting vehicle, two armored combat vehicles and three vehicles. During the counter-battery fight, the D-30 gun, the Gvozdika self-propelled artillery mount and the US-made M119 howitzer were hit.
In the Yuzhno-Donetsk direction, units of the Vostok group of forces, in cooperation with assault and army aviation, improved the situation along the front line and repelled two attacks by assault groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the settlement of Priyutne (Zaporizhzhia region). A sabotage and reconnaissance group of the 110th Territorial Defense Brigade north of Priyutne was also destroyed.
The enemy's losses amounted to 105 people killed and wounded, as well as two armored combat vehicles and five vehicles.
In the Krasnoliman direction, professional actions of units of the Center group of troops, army aviation strikes and artillery fire in the area of the settlement of Chervonaya Dibrova (LPR) repelled an attack by the assault group of the 63rd mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In addition, fire damage was inflicted on units of the 21st and 63rd mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the settlements of Torskoye and Yampolovka (DPR).
The enemy's losses amounted to 60 fighters, as well as two armored combat vehicles and two D-30 howitzers.
In the Kupyansk direction, air strikes and artillery fire of the Western Group of Forces hit the manpower and equipment of the 14th and 32nd mechanized, as well as the 25th airborne brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the settlements of Zagoruykovka, Timkovka (Kharkiv region) and Stelmakhovka (LPR).
Up to 50 militants were destroyed, as well as two cars. During the counter-battery fight, the US-made M777 artillery system, the US-made M109 Paladin self-propelled artillery, the Msta-B howitzer and the Gvozdika self-propelled artillery mount were hit.
In the Kherson direction, as a result of fire strikes, up to 20 Ukrainian servicemen, as well as two vehicles and a D-30 howitzer, were destroyed during the day.
