The points of deployment of mercenaries and the training of sabotage groups were hit: the Russian Armed Forces launched a group strike on the facilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The Russian Armed Forces launched a group strike on a number of objects of Ukrainian troops. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"Tonight, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a group strike with high-precision long-range weapons and attack unmanned aerial vehicles at the points of temporary deployment of foreign mercenaries and the training of sabotage groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the ministry said in a statement.

As noted in the Ministry of Defense, all objects were hit, the goal of the strike was achieved.

Earlier, the department said that in the period from September 17 to September 23, the Russian Armed Forces launched 12 group strikes with high-precision long-range weapons and UAVs on objects of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including repair points for aviation and armored vehicles, as well as storage sites for foreign weapons.

The situation in the NWO zone

As follows from the statement of the Ministry of Defense, in the Donetsk direction, units of the "South" group, in cooperation with aviation and artillery, repelled seven attacks by assault groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of the settlements of Spirnoye, Berestove and Mayorsk (DPR).

The enemy lost up to 445 servicemen killed and wounded, as well as a tank, three infantry fighting vehicles and 11 vehicles.

During the counter-battery fight, a Gvozdika self-propelled artillery mount and two D-30 howitzers were hit. In addition, an ammunition depot of the 10th Mountain Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was destroyed in the Zvanovka area (DPR).

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, units of the Russian group of troops, supported by aviation, artillery and heavy flamethrower systems, repelled two attacks by the 71st Jaeger Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of the settlement of Verbove (Zaporizhzhia region).

Along with this, in the areas of Malaya Tokmachka, Novodanilovka and north of the settlement of Rabotino (Zaporozhye region), accumulations of manpower and equipment of the 21st and 65th mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were hit. According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, up to 100 Ukrainian soldiers, a tank, three armored combat vehicles and three vehicles were destroyed during the day.

Among other things, during the counter-battery fight, the US-made M777 artillery system, the D-20 gun, the Gvozdika self-propelled artillery mount, as well as four D-30 howitzers were hit.

In the Krasnoliman direction, thanks to the coordinated actions of the units of the Center group, as well as the work of aviation and artillery, two attacks by assault groups of the 67th mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine south of the settlement of Chervonaya Dibrova (LPR) were repulsed.

In addition, the accumulation of manpower and equipment of the 12th Special Forces Brigade "Azov" * in the area of the Serebryansky forestry was hit. According to the Ministry of Defense, up to 55 Ukrainian soldiers, two infantry fighting vehicles, two pickup trucks, an Acacia self-propelled artillery mount, and two D-30 howitzers were destroyed.

In the Yuzhno-Donetsk direction, aviation and artillery of the Vostok group of forces hit the manpower and equipment of the 56th motorized infantry brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the 110th territorial defense brigade in the areas of Urozhayne and Staromayorsky (DPR). In addition, in the area of Marfopol (Zaporozhye region), two sabotage and reconnaissance groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed.

The enemy lost up to 125 servicemen, two vehicles, a D-20 gun, and two D-30 howitzers in this sector.

In the Kupyansk direction, aviation and artillery of the Zapad group hit concentrations of manpower and equipment of the 14th, 43rd and 66th mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of Sinkivka, Peschanoye and Cherneshchyna (Kharkiv region). As a result, up to 25 Ukrainian soldiers, two cars were destroyed, and the Gvozdika self-propelled artillery mount was hit.

In the Kherson direction, the enemy lost up to 90 servicemen, two tanks, two cars, and two D-30 howitzers. Along with this, an ammunition depot of the 126th Territorial Defense Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was destroyed in the area of Mykolaivka (Kherson region).

Aviation, missile forces and artillery of groups of troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation hit the command and observation posts of the 105th, 122nd territorial defense brigades in the areas of Krasnogorovka (DPR) and Kherson. Along with this, enemy manpower and military equipment were also hit in 116 districts.

The Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed a MiG-29 fighter of the Ukrainian Air Force at the Dolgintsevo airfield in the Dnipropetrovsk region. In turn, air defense systems intercepted seven HIMARS multiple rocket launchers and 33 Ukrainian drones.
