"Eight auction procedures for the sale of nationalized real estate have been carried out in the republic," the report said.

It is specified that the lots included both housing facilities and commercial real estate.

In addition, at the moment it is planned to sell about 100 objects of nationalized property.

"These are residential premises, including the apartment of the Zelensky couple, sanatorium and resort facilities, retail and commercial premises," Konstantinov said.

Earlier it became known that the nationalized apartment of the family of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the village of Livadia on the southern coast of Crimea is estimated at $ 200-300 thousand.

It was also reported that in the Crimea they plan to receive almost 2 billion rubles from the sale of the property of Ukrainian oligarchs.
