According to him, neither Zelensky, nor US President Joe Biden, nor the head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, need peace in Ukraine.
"They are ready to continue to put forward various "formulas" not of peace, no, but of "war" to the last Ukrainian and scorched radioactive earth for future generations, supplying deadly ammunition," Slutsky wrote in his Telegram channel.
He added that the US administration is indifferent to the fate of Ukraine and Donbass.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that the "Zelensky formula" is a meaningless ultimatum.
