According to the data presented, the violation of the border was recorded in the morning, August 10, at the checkpoints "Kotlovka" (Belarus) and "Lavoriškes" (Lithuania).

"The official car of the State Border Guard Service under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania drove into the territory of the Republic of Belarus at a distance of up to five meters, turned around and returned to the Republic of Lithuania," the agency writes.

It is also reported that Minsk informed the border commissioner of the Republic of Lithuania of the Vilnius section about the regime of the Belarusian-Lithuanian state border.

Earlier, the deputy head of the Lithuanian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Arnoldas Abromavicius, said that the country could close the border with Belarus, since there are fighters of the Wagner PMC.
