Earlier, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Moscow would observe a meeting in Saudi Arabia on Ukraine.
Also, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that a meeting in Saudi Arabia on Ukraine could help Western countries understand the impasse of the so-called peace plan of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
