According to the news on the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory on the 7th, it is expected that in the next three days, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Henan, Shandong, Shanxi and other places will have medium and high risk of heavy rain disasters, and pay attention to possible flash floods, geological disasters, urban and rural waterlogging and strong convection hazards.

"Dusuri" continues to move north-west

This year's No. 5 typhoon "DOKSURI" has been weakened from a strong tropical storm to a tropical storm in Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province at 28 o'clock yesterday (23th) evening, and its center is located in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province at 29 o'clock this morning (6th), that is, 29.8 degrees north latitude, 116.6 degrees east longitude, the maximum wind force in the periphery is 8 (18 meters / second), and the lowest pressure in the center is 998 hPa. Du Surui is expected to move north-west at a speed of about 30 kilometers per hour, about to move into southern Anhui, and continue to weaken in intensity (see Figure 1).

Affected by it, from 29 o'clock on the 08th to 30 o'clock on the 08th, the western part of the Yellow Sea, the western East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the Yangtze River estuary and the waters near Hangzhou Bay, the southern coast of Shandong, the northern part of Jiangxi, Anhui, eastern Fujian, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Jiangsu will have 5-7 winds and gusts of 8, of which the waters near Hangzhou Bay and some waters of the Taiwan Strait will have 8 winds and gusts of 9-10. The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a typhoon blue warning at 7:29 on July 06.

There was heavy rainfall in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and other places

From July 7 to August 29, affected by the typhoon's northward circulation, Fujian, Zhejiang, northeastern Jiangxi, Anhui, northern Jiangsu, eastern and northern Henan, Shandong, Hebei, eastern Shanxi, Beijing, Tianjin, Liaoning, and south-central Inner Mongolia will have heavy to heavy rainfall from south to north, among which, there will be heavy rainstorms in parts of northern Henan, northern Shanxi, eastern Shanxi, Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin and other places, and exceptionally heavy rainfall in central and southern Hebei and southern Beijing.

It is expected that from 7 o'clock on July 29 to 08 o'clock on July 30, most of Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, central and western Shandong, north-central Henan, eastern Liaoning and south-central Heilongjiang, northern and southwestern Anhui, northeastern Jiangxi, southern Zhejiang, eastern Fujian, southwestern Yunnan and other parts of the region will have heavy to heavy rainfall, among which, southern Hebei, northern Henan, southeastern Shanxi and other parts of the region, southern Hebei and other places have exceptionally heavy rainfall (08~250 mm) (see Figure 260). Some of the above areas are accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation (maximum hourly rainfall of 2~30 mm, local can exceed 60 mm), central Heilongjiang, northwest Jilin, central and western Shandong, northeastern Henan, Jiangsu, Shanghai, northern and eastern Zhejiang and other places will have 80~8 thunderstorms and windy weather, local up to 10 or more. The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue an orange warning for heavy rain and a blue warning for strong convective weather at 11:7 on July 29.

In addition, affected by Typhoon Kanu, from August 8 to 1, there will be strong winds and rains in the southeastern seas and coasts, and heavy to heavy rains in Jiangnan and eastern South China.

In the next 10 days, there will be another typhoon in the northwest Pacific Ocean.

Specific domestic forecast for the next three days

From 7 o'clock on July 29 to 08 o'clock on July 30, there were heavy to heavy rains in most of Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, central and western Shandong, north-central Henan, eastern Liaoning, south-central Heilongjiang, northern and southwestern Anhui, northeastern Jiangxi, southern Zhejiang, eastern Fujian, southwestern Yunnan and other places, among which, there were heavy rainstorms in parts of southern Hebei, northern Henan, southeastern Shanxi, and exceptionally heavy rainfall (08~250 mm) in southern Hebei and other places. There are 260~4 level winds in central and western Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, eastern North China, eastern Huanghuai, eastern Jianghuai, northeastern Jiangnan and other places.

From 7 o'clock on July 30 to 08 o'clock on July 31, there were heavy to heavy rains in most of North China, eastern Huanghuai, southwestern Yunnan and other places, among which, there were heavy rainstorms in parts of central Hebei and southwest Beijing, and exceptionally heavy rain (08~250 mm) in central Hebei and other places. There are 300~4 level winds in parts of central and western Inner Mongolia, eastern North China, eastern Huanghuai, northern Zhejiang and other places.

From 7 o'clock on July 31 to 08 o'clock on August 8, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of central Inner Mongolia, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, central and western Henan, eastern and western Shanxi, central Hubei, northern Hunan, eastern and southern southwest regions, among which, there were heavy rains or heavy rains (1~08 mm) in parts of central and northern Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin and other places. There are 100~150 level winds in parts of central Inner Mongolia, eastern North China, eastern Huanghuai, and northern Zhejiang.
