In addition, among the conditions, he called the removal of all obstacles for Russian banks serving the supply of food and fertilizers.

Among other things, he noted the resumption of deliveries to Russia of spare parts and components for agricultural machinery and the solution of all issues with the provision of logistics. Polyansky also stated the need to ensure unhindered conditions for expanding the supply of Russian fertilizers and raw materials.

"Sixth, Russian assets related to the agricultural sector should be unblocked," the first deputy representative said.

In conclusion, Polyansky noted the need to restore the original humanitarian nature of the grain deal.

Earlier, Polyansky said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine, under the guise of a grain deal, had accumulated significant capacities in ports.
