London, July 7 (ZXS) -- The first China International Supply Chain Promotion Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Chain Expo") British roadshow was held in London on the 19th.
Yu Jianlong, vice president of CCPIT, pointed out in his online speech that the Chain Expo is the world's first national-level exhibition with the theme of supply chain, a new platform for China to promote high-level opening up, and a public good to promote the stability and smoothness of the global industrial chain and supply chain, as well as exchanges and cooperation. With the theme of "Linking the World, Creating the Future Together", the Chain Expo adheres to the principle of co-construction, co-promotion and sharing, and compared with traditional exhibitions, the exhibition concept, exhibition method and exhibition results are essentially innovative. CCPIT will invite the most representative and distinctive enterprises in the global related industrial chain to participate in the exhibition, and will provide professional and international full-chain and one-stop services for global exhibitors and buyers.
Bao Ling, Minister for Economic and Commercial Affairs of the Chinese Embassy in the UK, said that China and the UK have strong economic complementarity, deep integration of interests, great potential for economic and trade cooperation, and China is an important force in stabilizing the global supply chain. The Chain Expo provides a high-quality platform for British companies to display their products and explore the Chinese market. It is hoped that British enterprises will make full use of this platform to tap the potential of cooperation, share China's growth dividends, expand their business space in China, and achieve win-win development.
China-Britain Business Council Chairman Koo Peiqin said that in recent years, the scale of UK-China trade has reached a record high, and the China-Britain Business Council warmly welcomes and supports the holding of the Chain Expo, calling on British companies to actively participate in the world's first supply chain expo.
Jack Perry, chairman of the 48 Group Club of the UK and chief executive of London Export, said supply chains were vital to global businesses and British businesses should actively explore new opportunities for cooperation outside the UK. CCPIT has proved with practical actions that China hopes to work with other countries to explore and solve common challenges facing the world.
Ma Li, Vice President of China International Exhibition Center Group Co., Ltd., introduced the venue and the latest progress of the Chain Expo to the guests on behalf of the organizers of the Chain Expo.
The first Chain Expo will be held at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing from November 11 to December 28, with five major chains, including intelligent automobile chain, green agricultural chain, clean energy chain, digital technology chain, healthy life chain, and supply chain service areas such as modern logistics. During the period, the opening ceremony and global supply chain innovation and development summit will also be held, and 12 thematic sub-forums will be held around the five major chains, as well as a series of supporting activities such as supply and demand matchmaking meetings, industry seminars, and new product launches.
