The police describe him as a leading person with a high violent capital who has often been seen in protective vests.
In encrypted chats, he has used his alias "Louise Gucci" and he is believed to have carried out assignments for the alleged gang leader "Kurdish fox".
"Louise Gucci's" role has been, among other things, to recruit young perpetrators of serious violent crimes.
Tried to leave crime
According to the investigation, in his teens he tried to leave crime and has repeatedly stayed in various institutions - but despite this, he again ended up in old patterns.
"As long as he's in Stockholm, it won't be possible. The network he belongs to is too big, says SVT's reporter Sofia Yohannes, who has covered the legal case.
