Four ministers and five other positions of the total confidence of the President of the Government will occupy with him the first 10 positions of the list to the Congress that the PSOE will present for Madrid in the general elections of July 23.

After Pedro Sánchez, who appears as number one, in positions two to five are Teresa Ribera, responsible for the Ecological Transition portfolio; Félix Bolaños, from the Presidency; Margarita Robles, Defense; and José Manuel Albares, from Foreign Affairs.

The starting posts are completed by Cristina Narbona, president of the PSOE; Óscar López, Sánchez's chief of staff; Isaura Leal, deputy spokesperson of the Socialist Group in Congress; Rafael Simancas, Secretary of State for Relations with the Courts, and Mercedes González, director of the Civil Guard.

The Senate list is headed by José Manuel Franco, currently at the head of the Superior Council and Sports, and two of the mayors of Madrid municipalities that have been ousted after the municipal elections of May 28: Santiago Llorente, from Leganés, and Valle Luna, from Moraleja de Enmedio.

Two other councilors who will lose the baton of command when the new municipalities are constituted next week, Javier Rodríguez (Alcalá de Henares) and Guillermo Hita (Arganda), will go as number 11 and 17, respectively in the socialist candidacy of Congress.
