On Tuesday, the major meeting between EU leaders and US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken begins. A meeting that has a great impact on central Luleå as it will be held in Kulturens hus.
"It's closed off around Kulturens hus and some roads like Smedjegatan are completely closed," says Kenneth Bergquist.

Kenneth Bergquist urges Luleå residents to be patient and to create more time for themselves if they are going to get into the inner city.
– Go a little earlier than usual, so there should be no major problems.
The area that is completely cordoned off are the roads around Kulturens hus.
