Ten years ago, Sävja was shaken by the library fire. It was a time when the area was often hit by car fires and vandalism. Today, the district looks different and director Anders Land has described the development.
In his latest project, he describes the development in Sävja over the past ten years.
"I've been living in Sävjabo since 1999, so I've followed the area closely," says director Anders Land.
A follow-up
The documentary is not the first about Sävja. Immediately after the fire, he made a Youtube series where he gave people in the area space to give their picture of the event and what could reverse the negative trend.
– Common to both projects is to give a broader picture of life in Sävja, says director Anders Land.
