FSB officers detained a citizen of Ukraine, who transmitted information abroad about the location and objects of the Vostok group of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

"The FSB of the Russian Federation, in the course of the operational-search activities, discovered and suppressed the espionage activities of a 25-year-old citizen of Ukraine. On the instructions of foreign special services, the suspect transmitted information regarding objects, military equipment, fortifications and combat positions of the RF Armed Forces," the report said.

Technical means were seized from the detainee, in which geodata were found with the deployment and activities of the Vostok group of forces, which took part in hostilities in the Kyiv region in the zone of the NWO.

"The transfer of this information to representatives of a foreign state was used against the security of the Russian Federation. The Investigation Department of the FSB of Russia initiated a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Article 276 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Espionage"). Currently, the suspect is in custody," the FSB added.

The detainee faces imprisonment for a term of ten to 20 years.

Countering the activities of the Kyiv regime

On May 12, FSB officers detained a 34-year-old resident of Crimea on suspicion of treason. The man forwarded to the chatbot of one of the Ukrainian Telegram channels used by the Ukrainian special services to collect intelligence, videos of the movement of military equipment of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation by a military echelon to the zones of the NMD. As a result, the transmitted information was used by the enemy to launch missile strikes.

A criminal case has been initiated against the detainee under the article "High Treason". He faces life imprisonment.

On May 11, the security forces prevented an attempt to recruit the First Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the DPR by representatives of the SBU department in the Kharkiv region. Representatives of the Ukrainian special services threatened the official's wife with physical violence, tried to force him to transfer classified information.

On May 10, the FSB announced the detention of a native of Ukraine who participated in the preparation of a terrorist attack at the International Anti-Fascist Festival in Samara. Correspondence with an employee of one of the military organizations of Ukraine was found on her phone. A crime of a terrorist nature was planned to be committed on the square in the city center during the anti-fascist festival, in which more than 1 thousand people participated.

On the same day, an attempt on the life of the head of the police department of the village of Kirillovka in the Zaporozhye region was prevented. A 31-year-old Ukrainian was detained, who was supposed to carry out a terrorist attack on the instructions of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense. Components for the manufacture of an improvised explosive device were seized from his house.

On May 7, the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs thwarted an attempt to commit a sabotage and terrorist act planned by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine at the Severny military airfield in the Ivanovo region. Ukrainian saboteurs intended to attack A-50 long-range radar detection and control aircraft with drones filled with explosives.

In addition, the security forces identified a sabotage group that planned to deliver devices from the Chernihiv region to commit sabotage on the Aeroprakt A-32 light-engine aircraft.

"As a result of organized control over the flight of the aircraft in order to prevent sabotage, the pilot, as well as members of the DRG recruited by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, were detained after landing in the Tula region at the time of the transfer of weapons. Measures are being taken to search for all members of the DRG and document their illegal activities," the FSB said.
