This was stated by the national energy company Ukrenergo.

"Within the framework of the grant agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), equipment for substations will be purchased and transferred for Ukrenergo in the amount of... about $40 million," the company said in a statement on its Telegram channel.
