According to Kuleba, the focus of the discussions during the informal ministerial meeting was how best to ensure that all munitions arrive in Ukraine as quickly as possible.

"Today we talked about artillery ammunition, armoured vehicles, cannons and other things. We are very specific.

"Supports only sufficient in case of victory"

According to Kuleba, the support will only be enough when Ukraine wins the war.

"We have proven over the past year that we can defeat Russia on the battlefield and get the Russian army to flee. All that is needed is self-confidence.

But he does not want to go into the upcoming Ukrainian counteroffensive.

"Don't ask me when the counteroffensive will start or if it will be the last offensive. Ask yourselves and your governments: have we done enough?

Refusing to give up territory

The foreign minister says that some negotiations are taking place with Russia regarding prisoner exchanges and that Ukraine is discussing grain exports with the UN and Turkey, which in turn are talking to Russia. But on peace talks, he reiterates the message that Russia must withdraw from Ukrainian territory before talks can even be discussed.

Anyone who suggests that Ukraine should give up parts of its territory for the sake of peace should ask themselves whether they themselves would be ready to make such concessions.
