The "Jerusalem Brigades", the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, broadcast on Saturday evening a video recording of the targeting of Israeli crowds and sites in eastern Gaza with mortar shells. This is part of the battle that the joint room of the Palestinian resistance factions called "the revenge of the free."

In the video broadcast on its Telegram channel, members of the Saraya are seen firing mortar shells at Israeli army gatherings on the fifth day of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.

The "Joint Room" in Gaza announced last Wednesday a strike with hundreds of rockets on Israeli sites and targets, in response to the assassination of 3 leaders of the Jerusalem Brigades, namely Jihad Al-Ghannam, Khalil Al-Bahtini and Tariq Ezz El-Din, through the bombing of "treacherous civilian homes that also left a number of innocent civilian martyrs safe in their homes," according to a statement issued by it.

On Friday, the Jerusalem Brigades released a video showing Buraq 85 rockets being fired towards Tel Aviv and Israeli cities. The missile "Buraq 85" carries a warhead weighing 40 kilograms and a range of up to 85 kilometers, adding that it entered service in 2019.

For its part, the Israeli Army Radio quoted sources as saying that Islamic Jihad launched anti-aircraft missiles for the first time on Saturday, in addition to launching long-range rockets.

The Israel Ambulance Service said on Friday it had dealt with 57 Israeli casualties since the start of the escalation.

The Israeli police also announced last Thursday that an Israeli was killed and 8 people were injured when a rocket fell on Rehovot, south of Tel Aviv.

Since dawn last Tuesday, Israeli planes have carried out raids on Gaza, resulting in the death of 33 Palestinians, including 6 children, 3 women and 6 leaders of the "Jerusalem Brigades", as well as wounding 147 others with various injuries, in return the Palestinian resistance responds with rocket barrages that reached Tel Aviv and several cities in the center of the country.
