On social media, there are clips where Bengals were thrown from the stands and the Twitter account Svensksupport posted a video where it is clearly seen how some BoIS supporters throw stones straight at the crowd.

This led Landskrona BoIS to call an emergency meeting on Monday.

"It's terrible to throw stones straight into a crowd like that. We are now cooperating with the police and looking at the surveillance footage to find these individuals, says Mats Aronsson, security manager for Landskrona BoIS.

Got to comfort boy

Helsingborg's area police officer Fredrik Brokopp is himself a football fan and he was saddened by what he saw at the match. He had to comfort a young football supporter who had been hit by something and was so scared and sad that he was shaking.

"It was his second game. You have to be able to bring children to the game, we can't have it like this," says Fredrik Brokopp, who himself had paving stones thrown at the police bus as they left the area.

"This is something that the organisation around the supporters needs to address. Things you absolutely do not do in the stands, such as throwing stones and pyrotechnics. But I realize that there is no easy solution, it is ultimately individuals we are talking about, says Fredrik Brokopp.

Old arena

At Landskrona BoIS, it is believed that the aging arena is part of the problem.

"When the new arena is ready, we will avoid this problem. When the arena itself frames the pitch, no one can take the steps over the fence and place things that can be used during the game, says Mats Aronsson.
