Stéphane Bern SEASON 2022 - 202318h06, May 09, 2023

Historically Yours brings together three characters who sang a hymn: the singer and resistance fighter Germaine Sablon who, alongside Joseph Kessel and his nephew Maurice Druon who wrote the text, gave voice to resonate, during the Second World War, "Le Chant des Partisans". Then Rouget de Lisle, an officer with a not-so-flamboyant destiny who nevertheless knew how to motivate the troops in song with what would become our national anthem, "La Marseillaise". And an American singer who had as much trouble singing the American anthem "The Star-Spangled Banner" as we have to pronounce it, during a big NBA game: Fergie, the former star of the Black Eyed Peas.
