This was reported by the Russian Foreign Ministry.

"The Polish Foreign Ministry was deliberately informed about the ceremony planned by the embassy, but the Polish authorities did not interfere with the provocative actions of the "protesters". A strong protest will be made to the Polish side," the statement said.

The ministry noted that Moscow considers the disruption of the ceremony on the occasion of Victory Day in Warsaw as another unfriendly manifestation from the Polish side.

Earlier it became known that an aggressive crowd in Warsaw prevented Russian Ambassador Sergei Andreev from laying a wreath at the memorial in Warsaw.

The crowd demanded that the diplomat remove the St. George ribbon from his jacket, and pushed him to the car, forcing Andreev to leave the memorial cemetery.
