Tove Eliasson finds it difficult to answer the question of how the county is doing.
"There are big differences between people in our county and also between places. So there really isn't a single easy way to answer the question," she says.
Difficult despite good conditions
Sörmland has a lot of conditions that mean that the county would not have to have these challenges, says Tove Eliasson.
She highlights, for example, the geographical location with good communications and accessibility to large labor market areas as well as educational opportunities.
